A father's love is brought to the ultimate test when the younger of his two sons decides to walk away from the family business and live his life recklessly - partying hard and getting involved with some very shady characters. When the young man eventually comes back home, broken by his bad choices, the father and older brother must decide whether they want him back or not.

The Home movie is an adaptation of the well-known Bible parable of the prodigal son. It was conceived out of a unique partnership that sought to create a tool to minister to the deaf community, something that had not been done before in this way. The film is presented entirely in sign language.
