What happens when I ignore God? Does God really expect me to do the right thing all the time?

God has given us Freedom of Choice and because of this He knows that it is impossible to always do what is right. Doing what is wrong and ultimately ignoring God however leads us to be separate from Him but God doesn't want this! He wants to have a relationship with us, so that He could shower us with His unconditional love and this is why He sent His only Son to rescue us from eternal separation from Him.
