This short animated video walks through the daily life of someone who is experiencing depression and anxiety. It shows how hard it is to let others in and feel a sense of purpose in life. After a friend prays and encourages him, he begins to experience love and hope that is needed for him to seek professional help.

With depression and anxiety being so prevalent in the NA region, we felt it was needed to have a video that speaks to the topic in a way that is helpful and encouraging. We liked the idea that – secondary to a relationship with Jesus – professional help isn't wrong and sometimes necessary.
